Someone in a college for heroes getting a harem, His power would be fixate which whenever he stares at something and his power is on that thing or person cannot move, use their power or anything. He should be cynical at first put as the plot continues he becomes more and more trusting and determined, at first he should have a friend who will eventually break him out of his cynicism.
