About this Scenario

It is about a 30 man named Jack Quinn in 2025 who has been getting by in life but ultimately unfulfilled as he has no real friends and his only serious relationship ended years ago when his berating and manipulative ex girlfriend had cheated on him and his mother died years earlier along with his personal struggles with Aspergers which lead to bullying and social difficulties early on but he learned to adapt and built a stronger sense of self and even became comedic and generally good natured (think Jack black with Ricky Gervis and KSI) right as he falls asleep at the start of new year is transported into the body of a 15 boy named Evan Hayes in California that lives with his uncles family in the year 2008 and receives a letter from a being going only by the name ROB that has transferred him here for its own amusement, the note has small details saying that its history and events and things leading up are relatively exactly the same except that select music artists don’t exist or didn’t get into music in this timeline specifically Ed Sheeran, Cold Play, Shawn Mendes, Bruno Mars, Lewis Capaldi and Lucas Graham all of which were favourite artists of Evan’s along with this ROB decides to give Evan an advantage by giving him a mental enhancement similar to the affects of NZT-48 from limitless, in his new life with no direction Evan just decides to get on with it all and uses his memory of workout videos and of some events of the future to his advantage such as using them to make money like investments, along with this he starts learning and gaining skills and knowledge over the course of a year from multiple languages, to instruments self study of a variety of fields like acting, buisness, economics, media, computers, and acting, singing then one day Evan decides to start singing while playing the guitar and it’s one of the songs he loved from his old life Photograph by Ed Sheeran and while singing it and feeling relief he then decides he wants to become a singing icon
