First, they all meet at a game night that the karate place hosts, selyn sends her friend Watson to get Sawyer and Titus’s numbers to add to a group chat after the night ends. Eventually Titus and selyn get together because Sawyer and Rogue got them together. After complaining about being single, Sawyer meets Selyn’s friend, Jackie, and they get together. All of a sudden, Titus starts ghosting selyn, and selyn keeps it secret for two weeks until she tells sawyer, and he is mad when he finds out. He confronts Titus and he says stuff about how schools been tough and that’s why he hasn’t been at karate but doesn’t mention anything about not talking to selyn. Titus sends selyn a crappy breakup text, and Titus, selyn, and sawyer get together for another karate game night but it’s awkward. Titus quits karate. Jackie breaks up with sawyer because titus broke ip with selyn and Jackie didn’t wanna be the only one with a bf. Selyn confronts Jackie about this and their friendship falls out. selyn and sawyer are sad and comfort each other in their breakups. Selyn and sawyer become really close friends to the point where Rogue and Watson think they are dating. One day a guy from selyn’s church named Evan asks for selyn’s number and she says yes. Sawyer is jealous and tries to hide it. Selyn stops talking to Evan because she felt they didn’t have a connection. After they are both single for a while, selyn starts to develop feelings for sawyer and subtly flirts with him. Sawyer is confused about his feelings for selyn because he doesn’t want to risk losing an amazing friend. On a call at midnight, sawyer tells selyn that there’s a girl he likes but doesn’t know if he does (the girl is selyn) After a bit selyn figured it out but doesn’t tell him.
