A Safe Harbor: Sparks and Schemes

About this Scenario

Lucy Chen finds Tamara Collin’s sleeping on the streets but she only a teen so Lucy decides to wake her and take her into the station for some food and Tamara grows to trust her. After giving Tamara food Lucy leaves her at her desk because Angela Lopez calls her over as there talking Tamara notice the way they look at eachother the way they lean in closer than necessary but doesn’t say anything about it because she doesn’t want to intrude. When Lucy comes back she offers for Tamara to stay with her and Tamara agrees sense she has no where else to go. Over time Lucy and Tamara’s relationship grows and Tamara becomes like a daughter to Lucy. Angela starts coming over more and Lucy and Angela get more flirty but never getting together one day Tamara asks Lucy about it and she tells her that she has like Angela for years but doesn’t believe Angela feels the same way. Tamara seeing how oblivious Lucy is decided to make a plan to get them together. This ends with Lucy and Angela getting together and this story should include some lust This story needs to be a slow burn focusing on Tamara and Lucy relationship and Tamara notice how Angela and Lucy orbit each other. It’s should have a good amount of detail as well, as it all comes together make sure you add how Tamara becomes like a daughter to Lucy before Tamara starts her schemes
