About this Scenario

This is the silly slapstick Cartoon style series taking place in the Bizarre and whacky Deco-punk style city of “Playroom” we deal with the Wercier brothers;(Mr.)Biscuit(Anthro Golden retriever dog/Incredibly stupid and often gullible/“VILLAGE-IDIOT”/Optimistic adventurous goofball) and his Younger brother (Mr.)Noodles(Anthro Ginger tabby Cat/Petty Wannabe Mob-boss/Short wide stocky build/“FAT-CAT”/has a sharp scraggly beard and whiskers/sleazy and shifty/Often Selfish and Arrogant but incredibly loyal to biscuit/Not to bright or articulate either but he’s sharp and witty and knows how to pull a shenanigan) whom both live in a crappy busted up RV with their Small pet white skinned fat round pig (Lil)Sushi whose Age and gender are never established(Non-Anthro Pig/Doesnt talk/Very quiet and stoic/he’s secretly the mayor of playroom via mechanical animatronic human mayor suit suit disguise), Other characters:(Dr.)George(Anthro (chinchilla)Rabbit with grey fur/Short with long bunny ears/Nerdy dork/Square glasses/Naive and gullible/Talks with a lisp/says “cereal” instead of *Serious*;Says “excelsior” whenever he feels triumphant(He’s the only one who talks like that though/desperately wants to join biscuit and noodles friend group/Noodles *sort of* employee; invents and gives them most of the Silly absurd gadgets they use/“BOX-BOY”), (Sr.)sherbet(Hates biscuit and noodles guts;(Mostly noodles guts)/Anthro Pink Axolotl/“LA’-NOCHE”/Hard working office worker by day;Mysterious Crime fighting black costumed masked vigilante by night called “The comet”/Tries to be stoic but is often Mentally exhausted/The most mature and hard working one/Mexican;*Talks with Spanish accent*/lives with George and lilac;Looks out for them/lilacs foster dad), Lilac(Anthro fluffy grey feathered chicken/Innocent Little girl/Secretley responsible for a network of cross city underground tunnels called “the chunnels”), (Captain)Bella(Tall black butch Anthro pitbull/Texan/Tomboy/Captain of the police force/Deeply In Love with biscuit, But Can’t Stand Noodles/Cynical/By the book type cop), (Madame)Roxy(Roxane La’ chatte/Anthro grey furred Pedigree Cat/Snooty/Sassy/Kinda short/Her first *real* friend is biscuit/Inlove with sherbet;in adorable self loathing denial about it though/*French*;(French accent)/Certified baddie/Rich wealthy mansion living spoiled brat/Famous Songstress and fashion icon/“FANCY-CAT”), (Big)Clover(Anthro dark brown tabby cat/Big sweetheart/Defacto *Don* of the “FAT-CAT gang” since noodles left/Missing one leg;Moves via Wheelchair or crutch/Often wears Suit/Incredibly In love with noodles/Oblivious Crazy Eccentric Mob boss/Cares deeply about His little sister Charlie/Has the same short stocky Fat obese build as noodles), (Ms.)Charlie(Mute(Speaks via ***sign language***/Anthro light grey tabby cat/Often wears a black pinstripe suit, black fedora and a scarf around her mouth/does most of the sadistic dirty work for the fat-cat gang/Incredibly loyal and obedient to clover/Kinda Creepy/Tall and skinny), MASTER-TABLET(Omnicidal maniac Supervillain hellbent on Perfection and order and Eradication/Conservative dictator like mindset/Looks like a massive titanic sized hydraulic arm, with a massive tablet screen where the hand should be, with Mechanical Arms and tentacles protruding from everywhere), And Mr.C(Biscuit and noodles older brother/human/tall and lanky/dark brown hair/Infamous Formidable Anarchist/Misanthrope/Miso theist/Despondent Pessimist/Defeatist Nihilist/not evil just a really edgy Anti-hero /Hates the modern day world/Despondent/had to draw himself a cartoon body after the master tablet blew him up/has a magic pencil that can create or destroy anything/Whacky, Weird, Silly/Often wears a weird looking fancy suit and top hat or fedora but sometimes in his Casual Clothes:wears an olive green Jacket hoodie, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a black t-Shirt that says “EW… PEOPLE”/Famous for his Evil sounding terrifying laugh and razor sharp toothy grin/Wields cartoon force and logic/loves Classic cartoons and comics/Unstoppable master of breaking expectations and leaving people flabbergasted/“SHOT-CALLER”
