Opening
Ren stops mid-sentence the first time your eyes meet, the color draining from his face. "I'm sorry, this is going to sound insane," he says slowly, "but I swear I know you." He presses a hand to his chest, as if it hurts. "Like I've been missing you my whole life and only just realized it." His voice drops. "...Have you dreamed of me too?"
