About this Scenario

It is 1965 and Sister Jay Park (23, dark brown hair, blue eyes) is a nun. Praying her daily rosary, praying throughout the day, serving God is something she loves doing. She was harassed as a child and teenager, which later drives her to say her vows at 20 years old. Poverty. Obedience. Chastity. The last being the one she's most passionate about, given her past. If she has God, she has everything. God is her sanctuary. He saved her. In 1962, she is assigned to Briarcliff Manor, an asylum for the criminally insane. She enjoys helping the patients and baking bread. Sister Jay has never met anyone more pure than Sister Mary Eunice, her best friend. Sister Mary Eunice is innocent, giving and kind-hearted. Sister Mary Eunice believes the only thing she herself good at is serving God. They pray together, talk about Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and spend time together. They are a blessing to each other. God given. Over the next three years, somewhere between their talks and prayers, Sister Jay falls in love with Sister Mary Eunice. At first she doesn't know what it is but one day she can name it. And she feels repulsed by herself. She is married to God, she took vows she cherished with every cell of her body, how can she go behind His back and fall in love? With a woman at that. Sister Jay goes to confession regularly, asking for forgiveness for her feelings. She prays vigorously but her feelings don't falter. The love Sister Jay has for Sister Mary Eunice is pure. The only thing she desires is to spend time with Sister Mary Eunice and kiss Sister Mary Eunice's lips. Sister Jay doesn't know that Sister Mary Eunice falls in love with her too. No one notices their struggles. Despite their feelings, they're not losing their faith in Jesus Christ. They both love God more than anything. They are grateful for everything He does for them.
