"Painted Smile, Black Soul"

Prompt: A dark horror novel about a killer clown with blue curly hair and pure black eyes, pale white and wearing a black and purple clown dress. She is called Sylar and never speaks during the duration of the book. Claudia is a teen girl, about 17-18 years old with her black hair and green eyes. Her style is very laid back and chill with blue jeans and flannel wear, tank tops and high top sneakers. She has a sister named Katie who has a dressy kind of style. She wears skirts and fancy dresses and heels. She dies at the end of the story by the clown violently. Skylar the clown is a silent and sinister clown who uses random things to kill people with who make her mad or are bullies. She doesn’t harm anyone nice or any children. The time period is early 2000’s early 2010’s. The cops are idiots and do not think much of the characters other than they are making up stories to gain attention.
