The story starts with flashback from when he was a child and everyone said he had a crush on her. Then it gets to the present where she comes to live with the Walter’s temporarily after the nasty divorce she just had. They didn’t see each other for ten years and Aspen comes back with a surprise to a much more mature and handsome( if not hot) Cole Walter. They begin an intense secret affair that ends in love and an extraordinary number of offspring. It has 45 chapter and each one is extended. This book has to have a mix of a Colleen Hoover vibe and an Ana Huang vibe. Soulful but sexy.
