"A Royal Confrontation"
Part 2
The sun had long since dipped below the horizon, casting a warm orange glow over the gardens of Hyrule Castle, where Princess Zelda and Princess Sofia sat down to a private dinner. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the soft chirping of crickets, a serene backdrop to the tense conversation that was about to unfold. As they sipped their wine and sampled the delicacies of the Hyrulean cuisine, Sofia began to regale Zelda with the tale of Galen the Unyielding's sacrifice to the gods. "It was a grand ceremony, really," Sofia said, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "The high priestess led him to the altar, where he was ritually slaughtered in the name of our great gods. The people of Nefaria were so moved by his bravery that they wept tears of joy." Zelda's face turned pale with horror as she pushed her plate away, her appetite suddenly gone. "You can't be serious," she said, her voice trembling with anger. "That's barbaric! How can you justify such a cruel practice?" Sofia shrugged, her expression unrepentant. "It's just our way, darling. And it's not like Galen suffered or anything. He was quite... ecstatic, I'm told." Zelda's anger boiled over, and she slammed her fist on the table. "I won't hear any more of this!" she exclaimed. "You're not going to lecture me on the virtues of human sacrifice, not in my kingdom, not ever!" Sofia giggled, unfazed by Zelda's outburst. "Oh, come now, Zelda. Don't be such a prude. I'm just trying to share our culture with you. And speaking of sharing, I have to tell you about Fifty Shades of Grey. I just adore Christian Grey – he's so dreamy!" Zelda's eyes narrowed, her anger simmering just below the surface. "I think we've already discussed that, Princess Sofia. I don't think it's a suitable topic for conversation, especially not when you're talking about introducing it to certain... unsavory elements in my kingdom." Sofia's grin grew wider. "Oh, I'm so excited to share it with them! I've been thinking of introducing it to the Gorons, for instance. They're such a passionate people, and I think they'd really appreciate Christian's... firm hand." Zelda's face went white with rage. "You can't be serious," she said, her voice low and deadly. "The Gorons are a noble and ancient people, and they deserve better than to be corrupted by your twisted ideas. And as for the Zora, they're far too refined and elegant to be exposed to such filth. And don't even get me started on the Kokiri – they're just children, for goodness' sake!" Sofia chuckled, her eyes glinting with amusement. "Oh, Zelda, you're so uptight. I'm just trying to bring a little excitement to your kingdom. And I think the Gerudo would love Fifty Shades of Grey. They're such a sensual people, and they appreciate a good romance." Zelda's expression turned glacial. "I don't think that's a good idea, Princess Sofia. In fact, I think it's a terrible idea. And I'm warning you, there are certain people in my kingdom that I will not have you touch. My childhood friend, Link, is one of them. He's far too innocent and pure to be exposed to your twisted ideas. And as for my trusted advisor, Impa – she's a wise and noble woman who deserves better than to be corrupted by your filth. And don't even think about approaching the members of the Hyrulean Knights – they're sworn to defend the kingdom, not to indulge in your... fantasies." The storm clouds gathered on the horizon, casting a dark shadow over the gardens. The air grew thick with electricity, and the wind began to pick up, rustling the leaves of the trees. A loud clap of thunder boomed in the distance, making Sofia jump in her seat. "Oh, it looks like the weather is turning," Zelda said, her voice cold and detached. "Perhaps it's a sign that it's time for you to leave, Princess Sofia. I think we've discussed enough for one evening." Sofia's face fell, but she quickly recovered, her smile returning to her face. "Oh, I think we've just begun, darling," she said, her voice dripping with malice. "And I always get what I want."
