**Chapter 6: A Kingdom of Toxins and Restraints**
Part 6
Zelda's face was a deep shade of crimson as she stormed into the grand hall, her eyes blazing with fury. "You have no idea what you're dealing with, Victoria," she spat, her voice venomous. "You think Link's condition is something to be studied and controlled, but you're wrong. Dead wrong." Victoria raised an eyebrow, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. "Oh? And why is that, Zelda?" Zelda took a deep breath, her anger simmering just below the surface. "Because, in this kingdom, we have creatures that are naturally poisonous. The Gerudo, for example, have a toxic bite that can kill within hours. The Gorons have a tendency to... Well, let's just say they can be quite explosive when they're angry. And then there are the Stalfos, whose very presence can drain the life force from those around them." She paused, her eyes flashing with indignation. "But Hylians? We're not meant to be poisonous. We're not meant to be toxic. We're a peaceful, gentle people, and our bodies are not capable of producing such deadly substances." Victoria's smile grew wider. "Ah, but that's where you're wrong, Zelda. Link's condition is a manifestation of the Triforce of Courage. It's a unique and extraordinary circumstance." Zelda's expression turned incredulous. "Extraordinary? You call this extraordinary? I'll tell you what's extraordinary: the fact that we're a kingdom where creatures like the Zora and the Kokiri are never, ever poisonous. They're gentle, kind, and benevolent. And then you come along and try to turn one of our own into a toxic monster?" As Zelda's tirade continued, Link was being led away to the dungeon, his body secured in five different ways to prevent him from accidentally harming anyone. First, his wrists and ankles were bound with heavy chains made of a special metal alloy that was resistant to corrosion and could withstand even the most powerful of forces. The chains were then wrapped around thick wooden posts, securing him to the stone floor. Second, a series of magical wards were placed around him, creating a barrier that would prevent anyone from coming into close proximity with him. The wards glowed with a soft blue light, pulsing with a gentle hum that seemed to vibrate through the air. Third, a team of skilled guards clad in protective gear, including gloves, masks, and suits, stood watch outside his cell, armed with an assortment of potions and antidotes in case of an emergency. Fourth, a special coating was applied to the walls and floor of his cell, a substance that would neutralize any toxins that might seep from Link's skin. The coating was a deep purple color and seemed to absorb the light around it, giving the cell a slightly eerie glow. And fifth, a magical circlet was placed on Link's head, a device that would suppress the production of the toxic tears and slow down the spread of the poison through his body. The circlet was adorned with intricate runes that seemed to pulse with a gentle, soothing light, and it emitted a soft hum that seemed to calm Link's troubled mind. Victoria watched as Link was led away, a look of pride on her face. "Ah, Zelda, you have to admit, it's quite impressive. We're taking extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of our kingdom. And it's all because of Link's... unique condition." Zelda's eyes narrowed, her anger still simmering. "You're not taking this seriously, Victoria. You're playing with fire, and you're going to get us all burned." Victoria's smile faltered for a moment, but she quickly recovered. "I'm taking it very seriously, Zelda. I'm just approaching it from a different angle than you are."
