"Reflections of Ruby and Redemption"

Prompt: Steven universe fanfic where Steven after he left the town spends years traveling still experiencing bouts of anger until one he meets a red hooded figure that tries to kill him, he barely holds his own, and once he pulls the hood back he sees an older version of himself but red calling himself red diamond. He comes from an alternate future where he killed everyone he loved because he couldn’t truly accept and love himself. In a moment of panic Steven accidentally kills red and finds the time travel device. It activates on its own and send Steven back in time with just his memories to the beginning of his story. Steven now has a chance to redo his life and maybe learn about who he really is beyond pink diamonds son. And he finds spinel early before her corruption gets too deep.
